Online merchandise is printed to order and shipped by a fulfillment partner. These terms apply to purchases made through the Stripe checkout links on this website.
Prices and Checkout
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Available sizes and the price for each size group appear before checkout; the exact size is selected during checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and the total due are displayed before payment is submitted.
Review the product, size, email address, and shipping address carefully. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the checkout confirmation is issued.
Production and Shipping
Online shirts are printed to order and shipped directly by the fulfillment provider. Production and delivery estimates appear at checkout or in the order confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, address problems, or unusually high demand.
The customer is responsible for supplying a complete, accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.
Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged, materially misprinted, or different from the item ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery. Include the order email address, order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos of the item and packaging. After review, an appropriate replacement or refund will be arranged.
Do not mail an item back until return instructions have been provided.
Size Changes, Returns, and Cancellations
Because online items are made to order, returns or exchanges for an incorrectly selected size, color preference, or change of mind are not guaranteed. Contact us before returning anything; unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
A cancellation can be requested immediately after purchase, but cannot be guaranteed once production begins. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.
Support and Separate Funds
For order help, email [email protected] with the order number. Never email full payment-card information.
Merchandise revenue supports the keeper and roadshow operations. It is separate from the Tabernacle building fund described elsewhere on this site.
